* Subject requested and received money for various trips inside Russia and vacations

* Subject received money allegedly to keep mother from being evicted from her home

* Subject received money allegedly to move from apartments in Moscow, twice. Victim never had an actual address for the subject at these times

Subject received money for expensive clothing, including two winter coats. One was a mink.

* Victim was under the impression that this all kept the subject comfortable while he arranged for her passage.

* When victim asked subject to join him, she avoided the issue at length

* During this time, an investigation revealed that the subject was living in a housing complex south of Manila, in the Philippines, with a boyfriend.

* This was occurring while the subject continued to ply the victim for gifts and told the victim that there were no issues with the relationship
