Dear Sir or Madam.



I want to send you a report of a 26 year old woman who I meet through the RussianEuro.com website. This young woman lives in the city of Yoshkar-Ola, which is in the district of Mari El.



She works as a secretary in a computer company called Formoza. I am reporting her to you so that gentlemen out there, who are looking for genuine romance and a lasting relationship, will not be deceived by this young woman.



Before I give you my report I want to say that I did not send this young woman any money. I did my research and I have found out that this woman was only trying to scam me. She was not interested in a relationship.



So here is my report:

Her full address: The following is the address which Kseniya sent me. I am not sure if this is her REAL address because during the course of our correspondence I actually sent her two greeting cards, which she said did not arrive:

What she did: During the course of our correspondence through e-mail, she expressed to me a deep desire to come to London, England to spend time with me. She told me that she went to a travel agent in Pervomayskaya called Virginia. She said that she asked the travel agent how much it would cost to travel to London, England. The travel agent told her that it would cost about 35,000 Russian roubles.



Kseniya wrote to me and said that she was not able to afford it and was asking if it was possible that I could pay for some of it. I agreed that I would pay for half of it. She said to me that she was very happy and that she would ask her Parents if they would give her the other half of the money.



Allegedly Kseniya said to me that her Parents gave her 13,350 Russian roubles (about 350 euros, so she says), and all she needed from me was £400.00p to get the documents completed. Of course I had the money, but I did not send it to her.



I did my research. I got in touch with Virginia travel agent and spoke to a lovely young lady by the name of Miss Olga Ipatova. I asked her if Kseniya actually came into the travel agent to carry out the process of her documentation. Miss Ipatova checked on the computer system and found no Kseniya Lybushkina. She also said to me that it would not cost 13,350 Russian roubles to do such documentations.



Here is a copy of Kseniya’s money letter. I have actually deleted most of Kseniya’s e-mails, but I was able to retain this one. Here it is:



Hello my dear. How are you? I so am glad that you have written to me the letter. For the beginning I wish to apologize for

that conversation in msn. Probably in something I was not right. Philip, I recognize it. My dear, certainly I forgive you,

for that that you have left from msn. Philip, I am valid I can not so simply to take and close our relations. You understand,

what you are necessary to me? My dear I wish to be with you. It is my dream and the purpose. Philip, I wish to try to create

with you happy family. But why you do not trust me? My dear, I am not going to play with feelings. You should understand it.

Philip, you the best the man in this world. I speak you it with all my heart. My dear, what now to us to make? How to live

further? Why we cannot meet? Philip, I try to make all that we have met. But why you make all after other. My dear, I spent

the money to meet you. You many times promised me that will help to pay for other half. Philip, I agreed with travel agency.

Ran to them behind the information. Made all correctly. And now you bring me. My dear at me tomorrow last day to pay the

second part of money. If I do not make this then my contract with travel agency will be will cancel. You understand it? Then

I shall lose the 350 euro. Philip? I experience not for the money. To me in general to spit on this money. I experience for
