Pleasant emails initially but all ending in asking money to be sent. I refused said if they are serious I will pay directly to where ever it was needed. They made up excuses as to why it should be cash.

This is the last letter with where to send the money etc.

I think I will take a chance and send you some money. I will not send the 0 US as I do not have that much. I can send 0 canadian funds. You must find the rest. If this is OK then I will send it to you. I do not understand all your requirements but I was not financially prepared to do this at this time. I have a daughter and she is going to school that I am paying for. She is my priority and I have to tell you that it bothers me that you place yourself before her. That you did not before sending in your papers not ask for the costs and then talk to me about it.
