She sent me an e mail stating that she would like to correspond with me back in November 2007 .
I accepted thinking it could be something novel and nteresting , so for the past 13 months , we have been corresponding on a nearly daily basis viA email .
After a few months , she started to let me know that she would like to come here to Monreal . qc . Canada so that we could live together as she was declaring her intense an unabinding love for me , .
To make a long story short , that RUSLANA , said to me she was a doctor in Russia ( which had me doubting ) but that her monthly wages were of around only 200$,,,Nevertheless , she had saved some money for the flight but that she needed only 700$USD to pay for the full ticket ; Amount I sent to her , via WESTERN UNION , But I had to send the money to her mother since she stated that she could not collect it herself due to the fact that she didn't have the proper passport and ID to collect that amount ,
Instructions were given to me to send to her mother : SVETLANA ALEKSEEVA ,. WHICH I DID .
She then collected and acknowledged having received the funds , and even sent me a rip segment
for the scheduled flight , MOSCOW TO HAMBURG , HAMBURG TO MONTREAL ,,Arrival on December 1 , this year ,
Next she signaled a problem to me again via email that the Embasssy required her to carry 2,500$ ..
this amount she said was to allow her the tight to travel and that she had sufficient funds to do so .
So again , I sent that amount , via WESTERN UNION , TO THE SAME : SVETLANA ALEKSEEVA .
Then everything seemed ok , so ON DECEMBER 1 , I showed up the DOrval airport to greet her ,
but there was nobody on that flight corresponding to RUSLANA GALIULLINA , ,
to FINISH , she sent me an email to the effect that she had been prevented from boarding the plane
because she had an outstanding debt on her flat ( I guess this would be what we woul call a mortgage)
and that , in order for her lo leave Russia , that debt had to be paid out fully , She asked me if I could
help her out with that amount , 4,000$ USD , AND i said no flaring there was something awfully crooked
about this , ,
I then proceeded to go and see if her name corresponded to some scammer and i SAW WHAT I AM SENDING YOU AS PIECE * RUSLANATHECHEATER * herewith enclosed . as doc #3 .
So this is my story ..

I have two news: the first is perfect and the other is a kind of a problem which I think we will solve. I passed the interview in the Embassy very well, I answered all the questions correctly and the Ambassador (or his representative, I didn't manage to find it out) was in a good mood, that was also very important, because the day before they refused a lot of people in getting the visa!!!! That was horrible. But it seems that I am lucky<=/p>
because today he smiled me all the time, I think that this is because I am shining like a star because of my love to you :))) There was only one question that confused me. The Ambassador said that
to go to your country I must get the permission to leave my country in t=he Russian Department of Emigration! I passed the interview there, honey!
It was simpler than in the Embassy but they said that I must have the money on my pocket to get the permission to leave my country.
and the representative of Russian Department for Emigration asked me to<=/p>
show if I have it. He said that this is the proof of my creditability and to give me the permission the government must be sure =that I have the money for staying in your country without working there and all= the Russians going abroad are to prove their creditability. And surely I am not an exceptio=n. Of course, I couldn't show anything to him and he said that actually my<=/p>
permission is ready and I must do it when I come to collect the permission. I was a bit worried, but then I was explained that it is not necessary t=o spend this money, only to show. The trip to Moscow was really successful. I was in time everywhere. First I got the necessary notification that I have enough money on my po=cket. Then I had an interview. It was also successful but!!! They were about t=o issue the visa when they found out that I have not paid the loan I have<=/p>
taken to buy my flat. They explained that according to the laws of the R=ussian Federation they do not allow a person with unpaid credits to leave the c=ountry because very often they disappear and the government can't find them any= more. The man in the embassy said that everything is alright with my applicati=on but I can get visa only after I pay the credit back and the embassy will hav=e such information. Of course, I was so much disappointed and I was crying the whole night i=n the hotel. Honey, I can't believe it's the end!!!!!!! It's impossible but it= must be so because I haven't paid a large sum of money yet. If I count it in euro, it will be some 2300 euro!!! I am sure I will not be able to pa=y it during several years and that you won't be able to help me with such a sum of m=oney.
