This guy is professional scammer,
Although he is commits all types of scam, he favorite one is PayPal fraud.
He attacks both individuals and corporations. He will make a transaction, then he asks PayPal to refund the money, although he already got the product he bought.
Then he just resell it to somebody else then.
Is it simple?
But it works.
Don't deal with this guy any type of business.
