Scammer details

Added a profile to Yahoo personals and within 3 days received an email from "Marina". Very innocent at first although I was wary of scams. I have responded once briefly and then received a second email (which happens to be identical to one shown on this site). I thought I would do some checking out, found this site and confirmed my thoughts of the scam. No request for money - yet, though I am intrigued to find out how persistent Marina will become as I get more vague. No intention to send money or personal details - though if she decides to send topless photos, great!!

She sends a couple of e-mails then says she loves you so much she can't live without you send me 0 so i can get a passport so i can come to you. she does have some very good looking photosbut your a fool if you send money.

Tried to get ?300 in order to get a visa to travel from her home city to Moscow.
Would not answer any of my questions but we were corresponding daily and getting on ok.

I first got a letter from this girl shortly after joining Yahoo Personals. I thought something was weird in the beginning as to why a beautiful 27 year old girl would want to meet a 52 year old man. I went along with the frien dship type letters which turn to love letters from her. Finally, I got the letters wanting to get her Visa. She is requesting 0 which I told her I sent. She has had to go to Western Union 4 times now. She can probably needs the exercise because a girl this pretty does not need the Internet to find a husband.

I received a reply on Yahoo Personals and startedand began correspondence. She has not yet asked me personally for money, that will be in her next letter I'm sure. I've been researching this address, person. I have read many letters on different sites and one set was in the same exact order as I received them. They are, except for some variation, word for word.

I have received numerious letters leading up to how she had fallen in love with me and can no longer go on without coming to the US and being with me forever. (lol) Then the big question, she does not have the money to attain the proper paperwork (Passport, etc...) If I would send her money to get them. (ya-right).
