Then asked for 0.00 for visa and paperwork, but did not ask for plane ticket to get here, I asked her how she was going to get here, she replied with you don't trust me, I can not talk to you anymore.

I got the very same letters as some that I read here, asked for visa money, month later for ticket money. 0 and 9 sent flight numbers (which checked out) so I drove 130 miles to pick her up, of course she didn't show. Said to send it to Svetlana Podmaryova.
